The MetroHartford Alliance is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to assist in the preparation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), in accordance with Federal Economic Development Administration guidelines, for a 35-town region in North Central Connecticut. Interested consultant(s) or firm(s) should contact the Alliance for a copy of the Request for Proposal. Proposals are due by 12 noon, February 25, 2005.
