The City of Waterbury is seeking proposals for a qualified real estate broker/firm to market and sell/lease real property that the City either owns or has an option on.
Desired outcome is to have the successful broker/firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with the City to provide real estate services as outlined in the RFP.
