Join us in-person for an overview of all that is happening in New Britain, along with a site tour with Jack Benjamin, Director of Planning & Development, City of New Britain.
For the past several years New Britain has been working toward the reinvention of its urban industrial core into a 16-hour destination boasting housing and entertainment. There are currently 500 units scheduled to come online in the downtown with proximity to the CTFastrak station to increase the appeal. These efforts are building off a $40m investment in infrastructure that has increased the livability, connectivity, and safety of the downtown.
