High-Speed Broadband Infrastructure: A Toolbox for Municipalities

This conference is geared to inform municipal officials and other public officials about various models that can be used to create high-speed Internet access networks. Discussions will focus on public-private partnerships that incent private investments in municipally-owned fiber networks to enable innovations in areas such as health care, education, business development and jobs creation, and public safety.
